What information is collected about you?
As a minimum, MCH A/S collects the e-mail address you provide, which is effectively the only piece of information we require to send you newsletters, etc.
In certain cases, we will also ask for your name, postcode and other information that enable us to provide you with relevant and personalised information.
Through our e-mail provider, Apsis, we collect information about how you interact with our newsletter, including whether you open the e-mail, how long you read it for, whether you click on any links, and when the e-mail is deleted.
You should also be aware that if you click on links in the newsletter that link to our website, we are able to collect additional information about you if you accept that our website uses cookies.
What do we use your personal data for?
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your e-mail address to send you newsletters, offers and other marketing content. We may also use your e-mail address to send you informational e-mails about MCH A/S or our newsletter.
Your e-mail address may also be used to ensure you receive targeted and relevant marketing content on Facebook and other similar platforms.
Our use of your personal data is exclusively based on your consent, see the General Data Protection Regulation, art. 6(1)(a).
We use the information we collect on your use of the newsletter to improve our service, so that we can continue to provide you with better and more targeted content adapted to your interests.
We also use data on your use of our newsletter for statistical purposes.
Your personal data is processed confidentially and securely
We store your data confidentially and securely. We have implemented the necessary technical and organisational security measures to ensure that your personal data is not accidentally or illegally deleted, lost, tampered with, disclosed to any unauthorised person, misused or otherwise processed in any way that contravenes the GDPR.
You can change or correct your contact details at any time by unsubscribing and then resubscribing. Or by contacting us directly at mch@mch.dk.

You are always free to cancel future newsletters
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Once you have unsubscribed from our newsletters, you will no longer receive any communications from us unless you have consented to being contacted by us elsewhere.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the “unsubscribe from newsletter” link included in every newsletter sent to you.
How long do you keep my information for?
We store and process your e-mail address for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletters. If you unsubscribe from our newsletters, we will delete your e-mail address.
If you unsubscribe from our newsletters, all statistical data on your use of the newsletter will be anonymised. The anonymisation is undertaken in such a way that it is impossible to de-anonymise the data at a later date.
Your other rights as stipulated in the GDPR
The GDPR establishes your right to request insight into which data we process about you.
If you disagree with the way we currently process your information, you can direct your complaint to the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
